We provide performance reports to our clients such as weekly collection reports, denial reports or month-end reports that include physician financials, procedure code usage reports, collection by carrier reports, aged summary reports, detailed management summaries, and year to year analysis. We assess your billing collections performance by comparing your practice to industry benchmarks. On the other hand, as we work remotely with your software; you will still be having the access to check financial reports of your practice, claim status and patient account balances by yourself.

Getting started is easy:

According to agreed payment timeline in contract, you will receive an invoice from HS Med Solutions via email, you can pay your bill online via secure portal. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers and ACH Transfer as well.

Yes, you won’t require the in-house billing staff if you outsource as we can handle your entire billing operations from claim creation & submission, aggressive follow up, denial management, appeals, payment posting & reporting. Having an administrative team to continue filing, and scheduling may still be essential or desired. However, with us handling your billing needs, your team will be more focused on other tasks while we will be taking care of your billing & collection

Yes. We can, in case you have web-based software you will share our credentials to access your software. For server-based software, we use HIPAA compliant remote access app.
